• Coordinated the deployment of seven eCommerce websites carrying over 60,000 products (BuyTackle.com, AnglerSupply.com, SoftBaits.com, HardBaits.com, JoeShades.com, ReelZone.com, USAngler.com,). 
• Developed the automated vendor order system and inventory management system that electronically coordinated vendor deliveries to maintain appropriate product inventory levels. 
• Designed and implemented the shipping department systems necessary to process and ship customer orders within a 24 hour time frame. 
• Implemented the customer service process for incoming phone sales and inquiries. 
• Coordinated the development of 300 outdoor websites used for self-advertising and SEO purposes.

State of Iowa Insurance Fraud Bureau

February 2011 – April 2012  (1 year 3 months) Remote

Reporting directly to the Bureau Chief, worked with bureau employees and technical staff to enhance security, implement updates and develop new features to the web-based nationwide Insurance Fraud Alert System. This system assists corporate fraud investigators and the bureau in their efforts to reduce and identify fraudulent activity. 

Upon project completion notification to the Bureau Chief, David received this response. -- "WOW! David, you rock! ChoicePoint (Fotune 500 Company)

March 2000 – January 2002  (1 year 11 months) Greater Atlanta Area

• Working with the IT Department, coordinated the ChoicePoint re-branding of the Fraud Defense Network (FDN) Internet web structure of 12 anti-fraud secure membership websites. 
• Coordinated the re-branding of 200 self-advertising anti-fraud websites.
• Coordinated the re-branding of the Heath Care All Claims Contributory Database. 
• Analyzed and coordinated the redistribution of FDN data sets and applications to enhance existing ChoicePoint products. 
• Worked with existing customers to ensure satisfaction. 
• Promoted the new tools and services at tradeshows and sales functions and trained national sales force on promotional techniques.


Fraud Defense Network (Acquired by ChoicePoint/EquiFax)

March 1994 – March 2000  (6 years 1 month) Greater Omaha Area

• Visualized and coordinated the development of the first ever National Healthcare All Claims Database for fraud detection.
• Sold Membership services to companies such at State Farm, Allianz, Prudential, Mutual of Omaha, Woodmen of the World, Guardian, Central States, Physicians Mutual, to name a few.
• Coordinated the Membership Steering Committee meetings to determine future needs and new product opportunities. 
• Created the Mail Drop Database: MailDropSearch.com for Fraud Control. 
• Created a Fraud Jobs service: FraudJobs.com. 
• Created new anti-fraud tools such as eCanvass.com, FraudAlerts.com, FraudReport.com, FraudNews.com, FindaPI.com, Fraud86.com, etc. to entice additional membership opportunities for Fortune 500 companies, Law Enforcement Divisions, Prosecutors and Governmental Agencies. 
• Participated as a speaker in anti-fraud conferences; anti-fraud associations, and worked directly with FBI, police and investigators to develop new products to meet their needs. 
• Coordinated the business transition to new ownership as FDN was acquired in 2000.


Physicians Mutual Insurance Company

April 1989 – March 1994  (5 years) Greater Omaha Area

• Started as the Network Administrator (Certified Network Engineer) controlling the deployment of 2000 computers in a client / server environment. 
• Promoted to Tier 1 Project Manager reporting directly to the Company Executive Committee; analyzed current business processes and systems; recommended new processes; managed the implementation of new processes and systems. 
• 94’-96’ Placed on retainer as an On-Call Emergency Corporate Troubleshooter.

Overland Computer Systems

Provided on-site computer and network technical services to key accounts such as Physicians Mutual Insurance Company, Mutual of Omaha, First National Bank, First Data Resources, Berkshire Hathaway and various other businesses in the Omaha area.

In Omaha, Overland Computer Services began operation in 1981 focusing on software development. In June of 1984, Overland began installing Novell-based networks. In 1988, Overland Computers became the original Novell Authorized Education Center in Omaha, beginning a strong history of delivering technical training to the Omaha market.

Completed all coursework and testing to become a Certified Repair Technician for the following: Toshiba, Hewlett Packard, IBM, Apple, Compaq, Mitsubishi, Sharp, Okidata and various other manufacturers.

Provided computer and technical support to the various departments within Medical College and the Hospital. Assisted in the implementation of the Patient Health And Medical Information System (PHAMIS).
